1317/1319 was a Duplex that he purchased. The plan was to use as a rental, do a basic safety rehab update the fixtures and such a few weeks into the rehab He decided to take a different direction. and gutted the place back to its studs and redid the entire floor plan, if you look at the progress pictures you will notice that he changed the entire floor plan and opened up the living space by moving the hall to the opposite side of the house.
